5. No Return & No Refund Policy

As all customized products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the order is confirmed and production has started.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:
• Clear photos of the product
• Unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
