At 3D Loka, we specialize in customized and made-to-order products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, the following policy applies.

No Return & No Refund Policy

All customized products, including name plates and LED name plates, are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Since each product is made specifically based on customer-provided details, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after production has started.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before customization work has begun.

Once the design or production process has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, customers must provide:
• Clear photos of the product
• Proper unboxing video (if available)

After verification, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Details Provided by Customer

We are not responsible for errors in customization details (such as spelling mistakes or incorrect information) provided by the customer.

Customers are advised to carefully review all details before confirming their order.

Color & Design Variation

Due to screen differences, lighting conditions, and customization processes, slight variations in color or finish may occur. These are not considered defects.
